That was my first Sunwin rating, written in week 1 and treated as settled. By month 3 the same 6 items had swapped places, and the figure no longer meant what I had assumed it meant.

The number I wrote in a notebook after 4 evenings

Week 1 felt like the right moment to judge, because everything was new and so everything got noticed. That first page carried 6 lines, written in the order things had annoyed or pleased me:

how long the first deposit screen took to finish loading properly

whether the game lobby list made sense without any hunting around

how the session history displayed a round that had only just closed

whether a support reply answered a question whose answer I already knew

how the client behaved when the mobile signal dropped for a moment

whether anything on the page felt designed to hurry my next decision

Under those lines sat 1 figure. I am not repeating it, because a Sunwin rating built from a single week describes the person holding the pen.

What a Sunwin rating measured in week 1 left out

Nothing on that list was wrong. The list was written by somebody who had used the account for 4 evenings and had never once moved money out.

The items I noticed first were the loudest ones

Load times, colours and menu logic announce themselves in the opening minutes. They are also the items that stop mattering soonest, because muscle memory absorbs them and then stops reporting. By the end of month 1 I no longer noticed the lobby layout at all; my thumb knew the route without consulting me. The line about hunting for games, which had felt important enough to write second on the page, had quietly become irrelevant. Nothing on the platform changed to make that happen. I did.

What 11 more weeks added to the same 6 lines

Slower things surfaced only once I had been around long enough for them to occur at all. A Sunwin rating revised in month 3 had to make room for items that week 1 could not possibly have seen:

how a disputed round looked when I checked the record days later

how the account behaved after a longer stretch with no logins at all

how a withdrawal request read once I had a reason to read the terms

My later notes on SUNWIN filled half a page with those 3 lines alone, and none of them had existed in the first version.

Why 1 number hid the thing I needed to see

A rating of Sunwin, or of anything else, is never a single measurement. It is 2 things multiplied together, and only 1 of them belongs to the platform.

A single score merges 2 different measurements

Every score combines an observation with a weight. The observation is what happened: a page loaded, a history entry appeared, a reply arrived in an hour. The weight is how much I decided that mattered on the day I wrote it down. A Sunwin rating publishes the product of those 2 numbers and then hides both of them from the reader. Multiply a steady observation by a shifting weight and the result moves anyway, which is exactly what my notebook recorded across 11 weeks without the platform doing anything at all.

Why the weights drift faster than the platform does

Platforms change slowly. Habits change weekly. 3 shifts pushed my weights around far more than any product update did during those months:

the first withdrawal, which promoted a line I had previously ignored

a week of short mobile sessions instead of the usual long evenings

a friend asking a question I had never once thought to test myself

Each shift rewrote the ranking while every observation underneath it stayed exactly where it was. That is the uncomfortable part of scoring anything you keep using: the ruler bends while the object holds still.

Splitting a Sunwin rating by how the account gets used

The fix was not a better number. It was refusing to produce 1 number at all.

3 contexts that deserve their own separate score

I keep Sunwin ratings in 3 columns now, and each column answers a question the other 2 cannot. The split took 1 evening to set up and has survived every revision since:

the quick session, judged only on speed and on re-entry after a dropped signal

the long evening at home, judged on lobby depth and on the pacing of rounds

the month a withdrawal happens, judged on the paperwork and on the waiting

Nothing gets averaged across the columns, which is the entire point of keeping them apart.

What this split still cannot tell anybody else

3 columns beat 1 figure and still prove very little. My sample is 1 account, 1 person, and roughly 40 logged sessions, which makes it a diary rather than evidence of anything. The columns also say nothing about how the platform treats accounts unlike mine. A Sunwin rating from that diary cannot be transferred to somebody who plays different games at different hours with a different budget. Anyone reading numbers on SUN WIN or any comparable page should ask which context produced them before borrowing the conclusion.

Back to that notebook page, now carrying 3 scores

The week 1 page is still in the book, and I have stopped crossing it out. It was an accurate record of what mattered to me across 4 evenings, which is all any first Sunwin rating ever is. What changed by month 3 was the question, not the answer underneath it. A Sunwin rating that moves after every stretch of use is not a broken measurement. It is a measurement doing its job, telling you that the thing being weighed has quietly turned into something else while you were busy using it.

A cheap notebook, 4 evenings, and 1 figure at the bottom of the page.
